Ingredients:
- 1 jar of your favourite pesto
- 1 handful toasted walnuts
- Sirena tuna slices in oil
- 1/4 bunch of chives finely sliced
- 4 sliced of sourdough
- Shaved parmesan, to garnish
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
Method:
Toast the sourdough on each side until golden brown. Spread each slice with a thick lather of pesto and top with the tuna slices. Sprinkle on the walnuts and chives. Finally finish with the parmesan and a little olive oil.
