Not your ordinary burger. This healthy and delicious burger is a great dinner treat!

Ingredients:
  • 2 x 95g tins Sirena Dill Infused Tuna
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1/2 small onion finely grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Method:

 

Drain half the oil from the tuna into a frying pan and then place the contents of the tin in a bowl.

Mash the tuna with a fork and then add all the other ingredients. Mix well and form into patties.

Grill in the pan with the remaining dill infused oil on a medium to low heat for 4 minutes; then turn over carefully and grill for a further 4 minutes until golden brown.

Serve with mayo or sweet chilli sauce or on a hamburger bun with salad. Serves  4.
