Ingredients:
  • 8 Chinese pancakes
  • 3 tbs. hoisin sauce
  • 4 spring onions cut into batons
  • 1 cucumber, cut into batons
  • 2 x 95gm cans of Sirena soy and ginger tuna
Method:

Steam the pancakes (following packet instructions). Sprinkle tuna on the bottom section of the pancakes; add the hoisin sauce, spring onions and cucumber and wrap. Repeat the process.
