Ingredients:
- 2 x 95g can Sirena Tuna Puttanesca
- 300g macaroni pasta, boiled (following packet instructions)
- 1 ball of mozzarella cheese, grated
- ½ cup firm ricotta cheese
- 1 handful of fresh bread
- 1 handful of grated parmesan
- ¼ bunch basil, picked
Method:
Preheat grill.
In a large bowl mix the tuna and its oils with the mozzarella, ricotta, basil and cooked macaroni.
Place in a baking dish and sprinkle on the breadcrumbs and parmesan and place in the oven.
Grill until the top is crunchy and golden.
Serve with a green salad on the side.
