Sirena Tuna Melt

For a crowd favourite that packs a flavoursome punch, try our different tuna flavours in your next melt.

Ingredients

125 g can SIRENA TUNA Slices in Olive Oil (or Chilli & Oil)

Sliced crusty white bread

Sliced mozzarella or grated cheddar cheese

Rocket, small handful

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional – chilli mayonnaise

Make a sandwich with the tuna slices, cheese and rocket, seasoning with salt and pepper and chilli mayonnaise (optional).
Grill in a sandwich press until the cheese has melted and the bread is golden brown.
